Video selfie 'in review' for 19 days. Normal or stuck?

Got the 'confirm you're human' screen after I factory reset my phone and logged back in. Did the video selfie (turn your head left and right) on April 20. Since then it just says we're reviewing your video selfie, this usually takes 1-2 days. 19 days. Ontario if it matters. I'm not technically disabled, I just can't get past that screen. Should I do it again? There's no button to redo it, but someone said logging out and back in gives you the option.

Mine took 9 days, so 19 is long but I've seen worse. Does your profile have clear photos of your face? Apparently it compares against those, and people with zero face pics get stuck.

just keep resubmitting every day, it bumps you up the queue

@kayla.b I wouldn't. A couple of people on here said it seemed to put them back at the start of the queue, tho honestly nobody knows how it works inside. One submission and wait is the safer bet.

OP update: went through today, day 33. Account fully back. For anyone stuck: I did NOT resubmit, just waited. Turning on 2FA now and adding a recent photo of my actual face lol
