Threads suspended me for a good morning coffee pic. Then IG went too

I'm laughing because the alternative is crying. Posted a photo of my coffee and the rain on Threads this morning with 'good morning, it's officially soup season'. Two hours later, Threads suspended. Then IG (same Accounts Center) disabled for 'account integrity'. My violations list now has stuff from 2021 I've never seen before in my life. The AI support assistant told me it 'can't help with this request' and then offered me tips for growing my audience. Meta, please. I'm a 46 year old accountant in Burnaby. I am not a threat to anyone. Except maybe soup.
