My insta id got disabled without any reason, kindly guide what to do

Hello all, my instagram id which I am using since 2017 is disabled from yesterday. It is showing 'we disabled your account' and something about community guidelines. I have not posted anything wrong, only family and college pics. I have done the appeal also but recieved no reply. Kindly guide what is the next process. Is there any customer care number for instagram india? Please help

There is no customer care phone number for Instagram. Any number you find on Google is fake, don't call it. They will ask for money or your OTP.

Wait for the appeal result first. If it gets rejected, you can complain to Meta's Grievance Officer for India (search 'grievance' in the Instagram help centre, there is a form). If they don't resolve it, after that there is the government's Grievance Appellate Committee. And take screenshots of everything from now.

  No!! 100% scam. Nobody outside Meta can recover your account. Block him and never share OTP or pay anything.
