My insta id got suspended without any reason, kindly help what to do

Hello everyone, My instagram id was suspended on 5th Jan without any reason. I am not posting anything wrong, only my photography work (landscapes, temples, street) and some reels. Around 2,100 followers. It is showing 'you have 180 days to disagree' and I have already clicked disagree but no reply recieved till now. I am using this account for getting photography clients so this is very much affecting me. Kindly guide what is the correct procedure in India. Somebody told me there is some government committee also? Please help.

Hi Rohit, first let the in-app review finish. If it is rejected, write to Meta's Grievance Officer for India (find it from the official Instagram help centre only, not from Google ads). If you are not satisfied with their reply, or they don't reply in 30 days, you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee on gac.gov.in. It is free, you need mobile OTP. Keep it short and factual: username, date of suspension, what the notice says, screenshot. Save the ticket/reference number they give you, the GAC form asks for the details of your complaint.

Bro also beware, after I posted about my case in a FB group 4-5 people messaged me saying they know some 'meta insider' and can unlock in 24 hrs for 5000-8000 rs. All fraud. Dont pay anyone, not even the 'advance' amount.

Small update for anyone reading later: in-app review got rejected after 3 weeks. Sent to grievance officer, got a reply which was basically template. Filed on GAC portal this week. Will update.
