Day 34. Appeal denied in 6 minutes. The new support hub sends me in a circle back to the same 'we already reviewed this' page. An email address I found on some forum bounced. There's no phone number. The AI chat thing just says it 'understands how frustrating this must be' and links me to the same help article. Again. I spent 11 years on that account. I would honestly just like ONE person to look at it and tell me what I did wrong. That's it. That's the whole ask.

talking to a wall is genuinely the worst part. I'd take a 'no' from an actual human over this

someone on another forum swore that if you write the appeal in very formal, perfect english you get routed to a human. no idea if true

@carla.nyc I've seen that one loads and never seen anything backing it up. I wrote mine like a job application and got rejected in 4 minutes lol. Write clearly, sure, but I wouldn't count on it.

11 years is brutal. If you haven't yet, file it with your state AG and the FTC so there's a record. Won't fix it but it felt better than screaming into the help center
