Grievance Officer did not reply in 15 days, should I go to GAC now? (India)

Hi all, my Instagram account (personal, around 1,200 followers) is disabled since 26 Sept for 'account integrity'. I did the appeal in the app and it was rejected the same day. On 6 Oct I submitted a complaint to Meta's Grievance Officer for India through their form. I got an acknowledgement mail but no resolution till now. As per what I read they have to resolve within 15 days, and that time is over. Can I now file an appeal on the Grievance Appellate Committee portal? What documents do they need? Has anyone here done it for a normal personal Instagram account? I read about a Delhi High Court case in August where the court asked Meta to put on record why it took action on an Instagram account, but that person was a stock market adviser with a big following, not a normal person like me. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
