India

In India, complaints about a platform’s decision go first to its Grievance Officer and can then be appealed to the government’s Grievance Appellate Committee. In August 2026 the Delhi High Court, while refusing interim relief, ordered Meta to place on record the material behind its action against a plaintiff’s Instagram accounts.
