ハッキングされて広告アカウントの資金が抜き取られ、さらにハッカーの行為のせいでアカウントが停止された。一体どこから話せばいいんだ？

Google 翻訳による自動翻訳のタイトル原文のタイトル: Hacked, ad account drained, THEN disabled for what the hacker did. Where do I even start?

Phoenix area, I run a small mobile dog grooming business. Thursday night I got an email saying my email address was changed. By the time I saw it (maybe 40 min later) the password, phone number and 2FA were all changed too. Over the next day someone ran ads through my business account. About $900 charged to my card before my bank flagged it. Friday evening my Facebook got disabled for scams and fraud. My IG business account is in the same Accounts Center, and now that's disabled too. So I'm being punished for the hacker scamming people with my account and my money. What I've done so far: - called my bank, disputed the charges, card cancelled - filed an IC3 report and a non-emergency police report - tried facebook.com/hacked, but it wants me to log in with the email that's now changed What am I missing?

Search your inbox AND spam for the email from Meta about the email change. It usually has a link along the lines of 'if this wasn't you, secure your account'. That link is meant for exactly this. Use it from the original email, don't google for it.

OP: found it in spam. clicked it and it says the link has expired 😩

Try the hacked flow again from a device you've used for that account before, on your usual wifi. A friend got offered the video selfie that way instead of the 'enter your email' dead end. No guarantees but it's the official path. And lock down your email first (new password + 2FA on the email itself), otherwise they can just do it again.

OP: email locked down. Tried the hacked flow from my old iPad and it gave me the selfie video option. Submitted. Waiting.

OP update for anyone who finds this: FB came back yesterday after the selfie (about 2 weeks). IG business still disabled, separate appeal pending. Bank refunded the ad charges. Using a low-limit virtual card for ads from now on.
