小さなカフェで、FacebookページとInstagramは閉鎖しました。ケータリングの予約のほとんどはMessenger（ニュージーランド）経由でした。

Hamilton, small cafe with a catering side. Our Facebook page and Instagram were disabled on Wednesday. The notice just says it doesn't follow our Community Standards, no post mentioned. My personal profile (the admin) is fine, oddly. Most of our catering bookings came in through Messenger. We've lost all those threads, including a wedding next month where I only have the bride's first name. Gutted. I've appealed. Is there anything NZ-specific? I vaguely remember the govt getting involved last year?

Yes, MBIE set up a mailbox last year for small businesses so cases can be passed to Meta for review. It was in the news around October, you'll find it on the MBIE site. Netsafe also gives free advice, they were lovely when I rang them about mine.

Update: sent it to MBIE, got an acknowledgement. Page still disabled. Found the bride through the venue so the wedding's on! Moving bookings to email and a form on our website so this never happens again.
