Je suis au Royaume-Uni. Puis-je faire appel au nouvel organisme irlandais de règlement des différends ou au Centre d'appel européen ?

Saw that a new out-of-court dispute body opened in Ireland this week. I'm in London, Instagram disabled since June. Can I use that, or Appeals Centre Europe? Assuming no because Brexit but asking anyway.

Afraid not as far as I know. They're set up under the EU Digital Services Act for people in the EU, which is why ACE turned my friend in Leeds down. Also I think the Irish one only does suspensions where the reason was illegal content anyway.

What you can do UK-side: a subject access request under UK GDPR to at least get your data, and the ICO if they fob you off. Ofcom has a complaints page but they don't sort out individual cases, it's more for spotting trends.

Figured. Thanks both, SAR going in today.
