Halaman Instagram dan Facebook acara drag night kami diblokir, ini tempat hiburan queer ketiga yang kami ketahui bulan ini. Apakah ini pelaporan massal?

We run a monthly drag and comedy night in Sydney's inner west. The Instagram (~4k) and the Facebook page were both suspended over the weekend. The notice just says 'Community Standards'. Nothing explicit has ever been posted, we're careful because we know how strict it is. Two other venues we're friends with had the same thing in the last few weeks, and I've read about Melbourne too. Our guess is someone is mass reporting and the automated system just goes along with it. No way to prove it though. Has any Aussie business actually gotten anywhere? I saw the small business ombudsman (ASBFEO) has a form for digital platform disputes. Has anyone used it?

Used the ASBFEO form for my coffee shop's page earlier this year. They were responsive and said they'd raise it with Meta. The page came back about a month later, can't say for sure that was why. Have your ABN, screenshots and a short timeline ready before you start the form.

Sorry this is happening. Same thing hit a bar we play at in Melbourne in July. Make sure your mailing list and website have all your dates so people can still find you.
