Tried the new AI support assistant they rolled out this week. Paraphrasing but this is basically how it went: me: my account was disabled by mistake, I'd like a person to review it bot: I understand how frustrating this must be! You can request a review from your Account Status page. me: I did. It was rejected in 6 minutes. bot: I'm sorry to hear that. You can request a review from your Account Status page. me: human please bot: I can help with that! Here are some articles that might help. Four times. FOUR. I'm 52, I've been on Facebook since 2008, my whole family is on there, and I can't get anyone to even tell me what I supposedly did. Anyway. Rant over. Hope everyone's having a better Sunday than me

From what I understand the assistant is mostly meant for password resets, hacked accounts and that kind of thing, not overturning a disable. Not defending them at all, just so you don't burn more evenings on it.
