Tried the new AI support assistant they rolled out this week. Paraphrasing but this is basically how it went: me: my account was disabled by mistake, I'd like a person to review it bot: I understand how frustrating this must be! I'm 52, I've been on Facebook since 2008, my whole family is on there, and I can't get anyone to even tell me what I supposedly did. Anyway. Rant over. Hope everyone's having a better Sunday than me

From what I understand the assistant is mostly meant for password resets, hacked accounts and that kind of thing, not overturning a disable. Not defending them at all, just so you don't burn more evenings on it.
